Naughty Dog revealed through IGN the upcoming DLC for Uncharted 2, which is entitled Drake's Fortune Multiplayer Pack, and, you've guessed it, we're going to see some retro design!

Here are the contents:

• Made It - Finish Wave 10 in one Survival Game
  
• Gold Digger - Finish Wave 10 in one Gold Rush Game

• Plays Well With Others - Win 50 Objective Games

Info: It releases on Febreuary 25th ; you can buy the maps and skins in a bundle for $5.99, or you can by the maps alone for $3.99 and the skins for $2.99.

Also, Naughty Dog has announced the 1.05 Title Update, with a few features.

For example, the penalty for leaving a game has been adapted to the level of the player like following:
Levels 1 - 20: - $10,000
Levels 21 - 40: = - $20,000
Levels 41 - 60: = - $40,000

Also, AFK players will be put aside when in a playlist to balance teams.

Finally, they've added a extra menu blow the Leaderboard menu, which has been revealed to be a Trophy menu.
The Update should go live next Monday.

Naughty Dog just posted on the PlayStation Blog about the CD release of the Uncharted 2 Soundtrack!

Here's the post:

Music is an important component in our games; with it we can set the right tone within any given part of the game and help our narrative elements evoke the proper emotions. When I first played through UNCHARTED: Drake's Fortune, I thought Greg Edmonson totally nailed the action-adventure cinematic feel that is the foundation of the UNCHARTED series.

It was a pleasure - and great news for the many Edmonson fans - that we were able to "get the band back together" and work with Greg a second time on UNCHARTED 2. We couldn't be happier with the results.

As of today, there are not one, but two ways you can get your hands on the original soundtrack to UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieves. While the soundtrack has been previously available on iTunes, we're glad to see the original soundtrack released on CD TODAY and it is available at stores around the US and on your internet retailer of choice.

You definitely don't want to miss this release, as the CD version of the UNCHARTED 2 original soundtrack includes three previously unreleased tracks: Take That!, Tunnel Vision and The Heist.

If you haven't picked up the soundtrack yet, this CD release with the additional tracks would probably be a good time to do so. We hope you enjoy it!

Other short note, I've updated the Uncharted 2 Stats Card which now has several more backgrounds, as well as trophy counter and displays the Uncharted 2 platinum trophy if unlocked. Check it out and let me know if you have any suggestions.

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan is putting Uncharted and Uncharted 2 back on the market in a gold slipcase. The classy looking Uncharted 2 Twin Pack will retail for 7,980 yen ($88, £54, 62€) when it arrives in Japan on February 18.

The announcement came with more Uncharted 2 news, a new schedule of DLC. Here's what Uncharted 2 fans can look forward to.

Hey everyone!

As you may have noticed, URPRO is a bit...out of activity, that is why I decided to ask the fans to join us to help make URPRO very much alive.
What we are looking for are people who are willing, and motivated, to write articles and news posts about the Uncharted and Resistance sagas. This "job" isn't payed, sadly, but I can barely keep this website up online, so I had to pay the Staff...the website would go down in no time.

Each role requires different qualifications, which are the following:
- An article-writer should have great knowledge about the Uncharted and / or Resistance sagas, and be well organized in the way he writes his articles.
- A news-writer should be good at finding interesting information about the Uncharted and / or Resistance sagas as well as knowing how to sort information. (copy-pasting from websites won't be allowed except if the info is totally official, in which case, the source must be mentioned)

And of course, both require a flawless spelling, so that everyone can understand. Also, knowing how to use basic BBCode is valued.

If you wish to join the Staff, send me (JaKhris) a PM (entitled "[Recruiting] Article/News Writer") with a test article or news, to show me what you're capable of. Nothing fancy, let's say about 100 words, but if you feel you need to do more, please do so.

Well that's it. I don't know how many will react to this, but I hope I'll find some motivated fans out there. As soon as I have enough candidates, I'll choose the best ones.

The holidays are all about the giving spirit and we're in a giving mood!

We're holding another Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Double Cash weekend from Thursday, December 24, 2009, at 6:00 PM GMT (what time is it in my city) through Sunday, December 27, 2009, at 7:00 PM GMT (what time is it in my city?) you would earn double for all kills and medals. Yes, you read that right, you'll be getting Double Cash for medals as well!

Oh, and our characters have gotten into the spirit of the season to celebrate the occasion!
